Founding Partner and Head of Credit at Vinci Partners. He was director of the Fixed Income Area at Banco UBS Pactual between 2006 and 2009, being in charge of Credit in Latin America and heading the Institution’s Leverage Finance Area. For 15 years, he was Head of Credit at Banco Pactual, where he became a Partner in 1999. At the Institution, he led the Credit Research division dedicated to fixed income assets in the domestic and international markets, developed a Special Situations unit focused on investments in high yield and distressed assets, and led a platform specialized in Structured Credits for the small and medium-sized companies sector. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Candido Mendes and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ.

Partner and credit portfolio manager at Vinci Partners. He joined Vinci Partners in 2012 as manager of credit funds. Between 2009 and 2011, he was Head of Structured Credit and Real Estate Credit at BTG Pactual Asset Management, in charge of investments in shopping malls and Member of the Real Estate Investment Committee at BTG Pactual. From 2006 to 2009, he was Portfolio Manager at UBS Pactual Latam Special Situations Group, focusing on high yield/distressed debt, structured credit transactions, securitizations, mezzanine/subordinated and convertible credits. In 2001, he joined Banco Pactual, having worked in the following areas: International operations, Credit Research and Risk Control. Mr. Gustavo Cortes began his career in 1999 as a Credit Analyst at the BBM Group. He holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and is certified as a Portfolio Manager (CGA-ANBIMA) and Securities Analyst (CNPI-Apimec).

Bruno joined Vinci Partners in 2020 as Head of the Credit Research and Analysis Team. Between 2018 and 2020, he worked in Investment Banking at UBS in New York and Brazil, covering the Real Estate, Consumer and Retail sectors. Previously, he was Partner and Analyst of a Multi Family Office in Brazil. He also worked at Investment Banking at Banco UBS Pactual in 2007/2008 and at Brookfield Asset Management in 2006. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from PUC-Rio and an MBA from Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business, having received the Breeden Award in Finance.

Luiz began his career in 1989 at Banco BBM, in 1997 he joined the credit committee, becoming a partner in 1999. At the institution he structured the control department for the management area, and for the areas of consumer credit and Middle market . In 2004 he joined Banco Pactual, where he served as Head of the backoffice for a structured credit platform and real estate portfolios. Between 2009 and 2011 he was director of operations at the developer CR2. He joined Vinci Partners in 2012. He has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from PUC-RJ and an MBA from IBMEC-RJ.

He joined the Vinci Partners Credit team in 2021. He started his career in 2013 at BTG Pactual in the credit operations area. In 2016, she joined Captalys in the Debt Capital Markets area, working with a focus on structured operations. In 2018 he worked as a Venture Capital Associate at the technology company Softplan, being responsible for the creation and development of a Fintech. Between 2019 and 2021 she was part of the management and Equity Research team at Nest. He has a degree in business administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and is a CFA Charterholder.

He joined the Vinci Partners credit team in 2022. He began his career in 2017 at BRMALLS as an intern in the commercial area, being hired as an analyst in 2019. In 2020 he joined the Vinci Partners Backoffice, carrying out operational activities related to the Credit and Real Estate. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).

He joined the Vinci Partners Credit team in 2022. He joined Vinci in 2020 in the Middle Office area, being responsible for validating investment fund shares, operationalizing transactions and preparing reports for the commercial area. Ana has a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
